Intriguing thought, what is fear. I mean, how would someone define "Fear"...
I say, fear is not real. It is just a product of thoughts we create...fear, is a choice. The fear of death, exists in all of us. I don't wanna be misunderstood. Danger, is real and should be accounted for and understood, but fear only holds us back.
How about this, you are standing on the edge of a cliff, wearing a parachute. You are supposed to jump. Your body is ready, but your brain is not. With adrenaline pumping throughout, your body is capable of making the jump, but your brain is working out numerous possibilities of how this will end.
One thought is, that the jump will be successful and you will walk out of this situation, alive. The other thought is, that you make the jump and you, well, die.
As a normal person, who is not used to jumping off cliffs for the fun of it, you will be scared. A professional, has developed the ability to overcome this fear and has learnt to control his mind. He then, makes the jump, without any hesitation.
Every emotion can be controlled. The power lies in the person's thoughts and how well he or she can control their brain. How well, the person can diffuse the emotion and control the outcome of their thoughts.
Well, this was my very first post.
Thanks for reading it. :)
